To achieve above mentioned objectives, a quality assurance system is established based on ISO9001-2008 & standard and hence an appropriate organization structure, documented planning, job allocation based on competence, commitment and professionalism, sharing responsibility with all employees and gaining their co-operation are the major factors of system performance.
Top management is committed to establish and continue company policy and every manager is responsible for justifying it to employees and everybody will try his best through applying continuous improvement, the quality assurance system is established. To ensure that the quality policy is established, top management keeps informed through reports, statistics, coordination and review sessions and work flow in administration system.
